Refund Policy Overview:

  1. Design Process Assurance:

    • Embracing the fusion of artistry and innovation, our design process is structured to engage you at every step. Should you wish to discontinue the service after the initial design phase, a partial refund, accounting for the work completed, can be discussed. This ensures transparency and fairness in our collaboration.

  2. Final Design Approval:

    • Upon receipt of your final design, your satisfaction remains our priority. Should the design not align with the agreed-upon specifications, we will work diligently to amend any discrepancies. If resolution is unattainable, a refund, adjusted to reflect the services rendered, will be issued.

  3. Cancellation Policy:

    • For cancellations initiated by you prior to the commencement of work, a full refund will be processed as long as 24 hours notice is provided prior to design work beginning. Post-commencement cancellations will be subject to a fee, reflective of the resources and efforts invested.

  4. Exclusions:

    • Please note, refunds are not applicable for services that have been completed and delivered as per the specifications. Customization and personalization, integral to our bespoke service, are non-refundable once approved by you.
